I got mine from a few places.

Most recently someone pointed me to StrengthsFinder by Gallup and that's where I got these descriptions. The fact of the matter is, it's like holding up a mirror. You're answering surveys and questions, etc - you already know what you're like, it just takes a description to somehow snap it into focus.

The biggest point for me, is that you can concentrate on what you're good at and find a way to make that work for you.

Hey Trevor, this is a really great exercise for self-reflection!

Where did you get the descriptions from?

Sounds like you have a good set there.

I'm still determining what mine are... if I had to say right off the top of my head right now it would be:
- Creative
- Adaptability
- Diversity
- Active
- Social

Hmm..

I'm curious, what studies/tests have you been subjected to?

As I get wiser (avoiding use of the word 'older') the outcome of psychometrics seem easier to swallow than when I was younger.
